Optimum offers every homeowner the option to have their assessment payments automatically deducted from their checking or savings account on the 5th of the month by using ACH (Automated Clearing House), the Federal Reserve's secured direct payment processing system.
Go paperless! The e-statement service sends an e-mail with the billing statement directly to your e-mail in box in PDF format.
In order to set-up the e-statement program, you must have an account in good standing (zero balance) and have a valid e-mail address. After you have enrolled in this program, you will no longer receive billing statements in the mail.
