Wanted to let you know how happy I am with my experience today with Optimum, specifically our Community Manager. I sent her an email last night and this morning I had a response from her. She was reassuring and empathetic. She sent me an email having directed my concern to the appropriate person and that person emailed me right away. He was also nice and understanding. Then when I got home this afternoon, the situation had been handled. I appreciate Optimum’s professionalism and how everyone dealt with me in a kind and respectful manner! You are all great problem solvers.
