I just thought I would send you a little note regarding our manager. He's been doing a wonderful job as our community manager. He has been very quick in responding to all of the board members. Any of the board members email him to ask questions and he is quick to reply, if he doesn't have the answer he will tell us he will check/research the issue and tell us he will let us know the results. He is awesome. He has really taken a lot of stress and anxiety away from me since I have been doing the communicating for the board.

Wanted to let you know how happy I am with my experience today with Optimum, specifically our Community Manager. I sent her an email last night and this morning I had a response from her. She was reassuring and empathetic. She sent me an email having directed my concern to the appropriate person and that person emailed me right away. He was also nice and understanding. Then when I got home this afternoon, the situation had been handled. I appreciate Optimum's professionalism and how everyone dealt with me in a kind and respectful manner! Thanks so much Morgen, we did too and I know we keep saying this, but really it is so nice to have you working with us. It is nice to have someone that is fun to work with and knows what they are doing. All of the board feels very secure with you and especially feel good that we will be able to get everything in order and managed properly for a change. Two things we all notice; how much has been accomplished in the short time you have been on board and that in our first meeting we all really clicked. We have never had that at our Association before and it makes the whole situation a lot better for everyone.

As a Director for our Community Association, I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the performance of our Maintenance Coordinator. Since Optimum has taken over the customer service responsibility for our association, work orders seem to be handled more efficiently and effectively and the number of maintenance complaints has dwindled to almost zero. I personally have had the opportunity to work with the maintenance department on a customer service issue and they were polite, sympathetic, and handled the situation immediately.
