It is impossible for a management company to provide a professional level of service if every individual in that company is not critically aware of the expectations and needs of a community association Board of Directors. We determine those expectations and needs as a first of many steps to provide associations with service commitment exceeding industry standards.

We understand that any management company will be unsuccessful in creating a business partnership with community associations if they are not consistently focusing on the requirements of those communities, educating Directors regarding their responsibilities in serving on the Board and advising the association of laws which effect their objectives.

Optimum Professional Property Management, Inc. ACMF was created in 1996 with the purpose and mission that our management company will support Board Members through professional business reporting and solutions for every association we manage along with providing elite service to the homeowners.

• Providing full service management with in house billing and collections, accounts payable functions, financial and budget analysis, Board member education, administrative and maintenance support.

We have selected a premier group of certified, professional and service focused community managers who become advocates for Board members and who have the time to consistently provide our professional standard of care. Along with the team assigned to each association we manage, they take ownership of the association, investing their efforts as if they lived in those communities.
